1 材料控制
第一，由于振動(dòng)篩的工作條件特殊，因此，材料選購非常重要，特別是關(guān)鍵部件的材料。當(dāng)前市場產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量良莠不齊，市場競爭不規(guī)范，所以，對(duì)振動(dòng)篩材料要進(jìn)行擇優(yōu)采購，對(duì)進(jìn)貨質(zhì)量進(jìn)行復(fù)檢并建立檔案。我國振動(dòng)篩狀況與制造企業(yè)有直接關(guān)系。第二，要按用戶要求選擇材料，把進(jìn)貨品質(zhì)證書歸檔、保存作為產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量跟蹤分析的判斷。第三，材料控制內(nèi)容。一是按合格分包方要求選擇供貨企業(yè)，建立產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量跟蹤制度，對(duì)供貨企業(yè)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)估。二是對(duì)
