1 材料控制
第一，由于振動篩的工作條件特殊，因此，材料選購非常重要，特別是關鍵部件的材料。當前市場產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量良莠不齊，市場競爭不規(guī)范，所以，對振動篩材料要進行擇優(yōu)采購，對進貨質(zhì)量進行復檢并建立檔案。我國振動篩狀況與制造企業(yè)有直接關系。第二，要按用戶要求選擇材料，把進貨品質(zhì)證書歸檔、保存作為產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量跟蹤分析的判斷。第三，材料控制內(nèi)容。一是按合格分包方要求選擇供貨企業(yè)，建立產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量跟蹤制度，對供貨企業(yè)進行動態(tài)評估。二是對
鋼材的主要理化性能進行抽檢。三是把供貨企業(yè)、進貨名稱、數(shù)量和使用該材料的產(chǎn)品合同號登記，把產(chǎn)品檢驗證書、抽檢記錄原件歸檔保存。四是對關鍵部件的主要材料采取探傷措施，確保
缺陷部位不用于產(chǎn)品。

除了形位控制和粗糙度控制外，最重要的是焊接變形控制。焊接件變形大是我國振動篩與國外名牌產(chǎn)品的主要差距之一，主要是鋼材焊接出現(xiàn)的變形，其變形量能達幾毫米。篩框的縱梁、給料箱、后擋板、具有箱式振動器的直線篩主梁兩側(cè)連接板都存在這個問題，國外名牌產(chǎn)品焊接件保持平直，無可見變形，其中不乏具有連續(xù)長焊縫的焊接件。篩框構(gòu)件多為焊接件，國內(nèi)企業(yè)普遍采用單一的手工電弧焊，這種方法常用于小件焊接，但用于主梁 30mm 以上的中厚板則須多遍施焊，導致效率低且焊皮清理不凈，容易形成夾渣等缺陷。近代制造業(yè)已廣泛使用 CO2氣體保護焊，焊接成本較低、易于操作，用細焊絲時焊件變形小，焊縫抗銹、抗裂性好，電弧熱量集中且穿透力強，能取代手工電弧焊。此外，埋弧焊對30mm 以上中厚板焊接具有良好的適用性，其篩框鋼材均為低碳鋼，具有良好的可焊性，但篩框的結(jié)構(gòu)與受力狀態(tài)遠不同于一般鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與壓力容器，所以，按工件的具體條件來選擇焊接方法，制訂焊接工藝，在制造過程中，要嚴格實施焊接工藝才能解決變形問題。
